HI, Matt.
Have you changed the config.php?
You can find it in system/application/config/config.php.

$config['base_url'] = “http://127.0.0.1/ci_bep/”;

You should have ci_bep part correctly. This should be the same as your localhost folder if you are using Xampp. Wamp or Mamp for lacal development.
